Resort Rules & Policies
A few simple rules to keep every stay safe, clean, and enjoyable for everyone.
Security Deposit
- • ₱3,000 refundable security deposit required upon check-in.
- • Returned in full upon check-out, less any damages or violations.
Additional Charges
- • Extra guests: ₱200 per head
- • Overcleaning fee: ₱1,000
- • Extension: ₱500 – ₱1,000 per hour (subject to approval)
Event Policy
- • Events with sound systems, lighting, DJs, bands, or external production equipment incur an additional fee of ₱5,000 – ₱10,000.
- • Fee covers electricity consumption and equipment setup area.
- • Resort does not provide sound or lighting equipment.
- • Clients must provide their own suppliers and technicians.
Pet Policy
- • Pets are welcome.
- • Pets must be clean and groomed.
- • Pet diapers required indoors.
- • Owners must supervise pets at all times.
- • Owners must clean after pets.
Quiet Hours
- • Quiet hours start 11:00 PM.
- • Indoor karaoke allowed at low volume.
- • Outdoor noise should be minimized.
Pool Rules
- • Swim at your own risk — no lifeguard on duty.
- • No diving.
- • No running by the pool.
- • No glass containers near the pool.
